Kevin Fontaine began attending a Christian school in 9th grade. During those teen years, he realized he was lost, and at the age of 17, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. In 1994 he met his wife Sara at church, and they marries a year later. He and his wife have served in many ministries in their local church, including Jr. church, teaching Sunday school classes, and leading the teen group. Kevin has also run Vacation Bible Schools at his local church and other Bible-believing churches that needed help. He has three grown children who served in many of the same ministries. A few years after high school, Kevin and Pastor Sparks forged a friendship, and out of this friendship, the groundwork for future ministries began. For many years, he helped run Jr. camps which would help prepare him for the next step in the Lord’s leading. Late in 2020, he was asked by Pastor Sparks to consider full-time Christian service at Grace Baptist Church, as the youth leader and the assistant director at Timber Ridge Bible Camp. When he walked into the chapel at TRBC for the first time, he knew without a doubt that this was where the Lord wanted him. The Lord has given Kevin and Sara an excellent opportunity to make a change in young people both at Grace Baptist Church and Timber Ridge Bible Camp.
